GM states that their Certified Preowned benefit package includes an extended Powertrain Limited Warranty to 6 years or 100,000 miles.  In addition each GM Certified vehicle is inspected and reconditioned by authorized trained technicians to meet GM standards.  After you buy a GM CPO, you will receive two maintenance visits for added peace of mind along with a 12-month/12,000-mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty.  You will also receive a 3-month trial subscription of ONStar7 Guidance Plan as well as a 3-month SiriusXM trial and much more. 

To even qualify to become a GM Certified Vehicle, the vehicle must be a Chevrolet, Buick or GMC and be within the current plus-5 model years.  The vehicle must not have more than the maximum allowed 75,000 miles and be able to pass GM’s 172-Point Vehicle Inspection and Reconditioning Process.  Furthermore, before the vehicle is listed or sold, it must have any recall work done to it.
